It’s Not Just an air screen, It’s Air Supremacy™ Tray Line Refrigeration for the Harshest Environments
Designed for demanding hospital, nursing homes, in-flight operations, and institutional volume feeding operations, the new Air Supremacy air screen (ASU-9) takes all of the great features found in our standard air screen (RAS-10) and adds on an advanced turbo-charged 3D fan air screen system to create the best performing air screen ever.
Superior air management technology utilizing an exclusive split wall design ensures consistent temperatures evenly distributed throughout the air screen.
The industry standard air screen test is in ambient (room) temperature of 75˚ F in 35-45% humidity. On average the competition could maintain food temperature of 45˚ F for only 60 minutes with the door open. The Air Supremacy air screen maintains food temperature of 40˚ F for three (3) hours (180 minutes). But when was the last time you were in a 75˚ F kitchen? So we also tested the Air Supremacy air screen in 90˚F ambient (room) temperature with 35-45% humidity. The new FWE unit maintains food temperature of 40˚ F for two (2) hours (120 minutes). So the Air Supremacy air screen held food temperatures colder longer in 90˚F ambient (room) temperature than the competition could in 75˚F ambient temperature.
